Sometimes when I am reading entries or comments I hear the word "protected" after the username / date information. Do you know what this means?

Re MTS, their fax number is 204-784-6570. The nice lady said to mark it "attention: technical support" and she would watch for it to arrive. I told her you have been trying to get this problem fixed for almost two months now with no response from them. I hope we can get this fixed.
