Gah, see a doctor! If it wasn't for the IUD, I would say it sounds like a miscarriage -- especially with the going through a pad every 2 hours. But either way, it's definitely not good.

Not a miscarriage, and not an ectopic pregnancy (thank God). But still a cause for concern. Will update in a few minutes.
