Thanks sweetie. It sucks when things collapse like that. Have spoken to the dressmaker and asked her to stop making the dress; emailed TheHobbit rescinding RSVP to the reception. Very polite n'all. But that's that.

i'm so sorry to read of your fallout.. i lost a friendship of 14 years last christmas so i can empathize slightly. :(

Neil Gaiman's works are fantastic, and Sandman has to be his best.
I really liked Delirhium, but she doesn't get introduced till later in the series.
The Seasons of Mist book is really great too.

I've read most of his other stuff, and Sandman is the last big thing left for me to tackle. *sigh* I'm loving 1602 though - I highly recommend it.
