I'm just clarifying: the quoted paragraph and linked to post are about Native Americans rather than Native Indians. Correct? You may want to clarify that - I wasn't certain until I skimmed the linked-to post (since India was also colonized by imperialist white people, I mean).

Thanks for sharing this. I used to be friendly with Andy back when she was at Santa Cruz. She is one of the best people and sharpest minds I've ever met. I haven't seen any of her work in a long time, so thanks!
