Well as I have only just had lunch ... I'll do yesterday, and that way you get a typical day's food!
Pre-breakfast -
I have to have a couple of pills first thing in the morning .... those I have with 2 pints (1.2 Litres) of water ... I usually sit with my back against the radiator, reading my Bible and praying during that time, btw!
Breakfast -
Large bowl of cereal - yesterday was mini shredded wheat + sugar + lots of whole milk.
2 mugs of tea.
Lunch -
2 Chicken drumsticks, chips (proper ones) and tomatoes (tinned + heated)
Pineapple cubes
Mug of tea.
Mid afternoon -
Mug of tea + biscuits
Tea -
2 cheese rolls + packet of chicken flavour crisps (chips)
1 chocolate biscuit
3 plums
2 mugs of tea
During the evening -
Another mug of tea
1 pint squash
