And this is the last set of photos up to date, as well.

When I got back from Auntie Joyce I needed to "escape" so met up with Christine and we went to my local National Trust property ... a lovely break, even though we got wet, and nice to see something local.

Thanks - it is nice to be able to share our beautiful heritage with others

No (thankfully) ... although back in the late 1700's it was the "done thing" for rich sons to go on a "Grand Tour" (mostly to Europe) and to bring home souveneirs .... most just brought back new wall hangings!

It is a lovely place ... and most of it actually feels quite "homely" as well as showing the stunning history.
