... as I was driving to the dentist yesterday there were roadworks, everywhere.  So I got stuck ... and stuck ... and stuck.  So I phoned to see if I could get there late (only about 1/4 of an hour), but no good.  So it's re-booked for next week ... I shall leave very, very early

How frustrating about your dental appt! Re: roadworks, everywhere we have a saying, "In Minnesota there are two seasons - winter and road repair."

Well I think we had extra reoadworks start during last year as there was less traffic on the roads ... but then they got over-busy ... and now we are all struggling

You really did well. Mine got buried in the back yard.

Perry the dog Mum & Dad haf when I was in my early 20's died very young, and is buried in their garden of then. Misty their next dog was taken by the vets' so his ashes are "just" scattered.

I suppose wherever they rest, it's our memories of them that are the most special

It's so frustrating if you don't realise roadworks are there and you need to be somewhere isn't it!

The cemetery looks a very peaceful place.

I have been back again today ... and need to go back again in 3 weeks time. The roadworks were still there, but no real problem in either place, so wonder if there was an accident, or a breakdown
