Sorry you had to walk back to the shop in such cold weather. There is snow and ice on the ground and we're well below freezing for all of this week here in Missouri. The radiators are working overtime. Stay warm!
At least we aren't having as much snow here as much of the rest of the Northern Hemisphere, so although it's cold, at least it is not slippy under foot ... so that's a positive thought!

I believe the future has a flow of many twists, but your choices effect what happens. Your phone should have been ready to use, but the clerk's actions changed that.
Can't believe how he could have forgotten the SIM - so glad I "eventually" got it sorted out! I was sure that I had just forgotten to switch something on, so am glad it wasn't me!

We are still below freezing here. Lost power for days. It would come on for a few hours and be off for for twice as long. I haven't been to work since last Saturday. So not normal for us.
That's annoying re your phone! Have to admit, that's why I got my new one right at the beginning of January, so I could get it sorted before any lockdown that was called as I knew my old one was on borrowed time.
