I wish I had a harbor to walk around! Or a riverfront.... (the stream that comes up and eats our road/bridge from time to time does not count!)

How great that your parents are still able to take that stroll - slow as it may have been. And look at the new stuff you found! What is on the hilltop? Is that part of the town?

It is bad, but I don't often go, even though I love it when I do ... same as when I loved in Bude. Water is hypnotic, and the scenes they evoke are a great way to unwind.

Yes, it's great that we all got out for the afternoon.

It's so great that you have a good relationship with your parents and that you take strolls and spend time together..it's really sweet.

When I was a teen I suffered 7 years of bullying which left me close to my family ... and as I lived with them till I was in my 30s that has never broken. It is great to still have them, and to be able to share their company ... especially on birthdays.

It was a nice day.

I'm really sorry about that, it must have been so hard..some people are awful beings..but you had your parents and that's amazing, really.

The skirt was part of my B'day pressie from M&D (as was the navy t-shirt I was wearing) ... I don't have a favourite colour to wear .... just love bright ones.

I found living overseas, people do stroll. Here everyone is to busy, things are too far away, life just moves too fast. Your area of the world is so beautiful. Lovely, lush, and romantic while here is all hard, square, and rush. I'm sure there are areas close to me that are just as lovely and soothing, but our lives just don't give us time to enjoy it. Right now it's too hot to breath outside.

You must treasure each moment with your parents and Jiffy. Hug them and hold them close. Blessings.

The trouble is I am a quick walker ... as were Mum & Dad, so we used to go for a walk ... but you do miss a lot when going fast. So I gained.

Yes, it is hard to see them over these last few months - but I do treasure these times ... they are very special people.
