So today I get up and spend my morning/afternoon running errands, etc., and when I get home I get this phone call from my assistant manager wondering where I am and why I am over a half hour late for work. I, of course, freak out because I didnt think I was scheduled. Its not like me to not know this stuff and wondering if it's this stupid ( Read more... )

That sucks, why would corporate care if one employee was a half hour late to work, it's not like you deliberately didn't show up. I'd like to give one of those brothers a piece of my mind.

they are really strict on time. Corporate moniters everything. Like one time I clocked back in A MINUTE early from lunch and my manager freaked and had to change it so I got a complete half hour lunch. I guess she could get fired over stuff like that. Its lame. Corporate calls in and warns the workers of that stuff, which in my opinion is a complete waste of time and money.
