I may have to buy a copy to gift later on if I don't want to die of suspense -- SINCE IT SOLD OUT IN TWO STINKING WEEKS!---and my pre-ordered signed copy is still so far away...

Yep. What Otaku said. I'm running out to my local bookstore this afternoon. I'll just give the extra one to my niece. Darn. and YES! Maybe now the bookstores in this area will carry more than one or two copies of Sharon and Steve's work. There is hope.
