Temping this afternoom for a company who was going to be having an offsite. The weather was dodgy, though, so they're getting pissed and playing silly games here. It's all a bit weird. I mostly feel sorry for the people who are trying to work instead. They are supposed to be getting drunk and playing silly games

Anychance you can get a ride with one of the people there? Although, this is too late to be a helpful question.

It's nice to hear from you a bit anyway. Sounds like you are working enough to pay for doing what you want, which is the ideal really :)

Just about enough. The next month or so is going to be a tad tight, but hopefully it will all be fine and I can start working a bit more in September.

Now I'm off to Canterbury for a con, back Sunday night and off again Monday morning to camp for a few nights at the Roman dig site. I do love all the things I' doing and people I'm seeing, but good grief am I looking forward to September!
