But, yeah, the games gives off the old FFTactics feel, which, of course, would be understandable, considering the guy who wrote the script of FF12 made the FFTactics one too. Yeah... Lots of politics goin' on.

Yeah, which made this game an instant buy for me. I was never quite taken by Tetsuya Nomura's works, it's either a hit or miss for me, unfortunately.

The game's really nice, quite different from previous FFs (except for maybe 5 or 6), although not as fun or as "enjoyable" as Tales of the Abyss, still...

Oh, and Balthier kicks so much coolness I wish they made him the main character! ~grumbles~ Vaan looks like a monkey on some scenes, dangit.

Yeah. Lately, FF games have been a bit... exaggerated. They're lacking the qualities of a good storyline that I'm looking for (cough*compilationofff7*cough), like what Tales of the Abyss and Xenosaga Episode III: Also Sprach Zarathustra have (albeit, Xenosaga's rushed and needs more explaining). And those games are both by Bandai Namco. Say somethin', hm?

I'm beginning to like Balthier very much. Fran too. I'm beginning to like Fran x Balthier. XD

But, seriously, what people think are great games nowadays when they don't look for the ones on the side... sigh.

You're right. Xenosaga does feel a bit rushed and needs more explanations (that's why we desperately need a SEQUEL!!!) and more chos-mos goodness.

I haven't finished Tales of the Abyss yet (as you can probably see I have the tendency to start two games at once, that's why I can never finish a-n-ything!), but I am so loving the character developments and interactions LukexTear and JadeXTear pwns all!!.

Oh, yeah, I like FranxBalthier as well, but I dig PeneloxBalthier more so. Balthier was soooo flirting with her that one time (and no, that's not the delusional me speaking, I think...).

But, seriously, what people think are great games nowadays when they don't look for the ones on the side... sigh.
