Brilliant - it's so true.
All I have to say, DeBeer, is PERSONAL PROJECT ANYONE?
That is the way we all treated it - and I believe it paid off for most people. xD
Don't give us time - we just freak out.
I think that's a lesson to us all; organisation.. and procrastination... oh i'll finish that thought tomorrow!

Totally agree! Personal project is what inspired me, the longest procrastination i have ever done in my life, lets hope we all learned are lesson ;)
