That quote is why I don't bother with nutrition: What's unbreakable truth today becomes questioned tomorrow, then outright dismissed later. (Remember when milk was considered healthy to the point of being nearly sacred?) I'm simply waiting for the day when scientists finally realize that three-meat pizzas and scotch whisky are the surefire way to perfect health. I hope that day comes soon, because gawd knows how long I have before the combo of diabetes, heart disease, and cirrhosis of the liver kick in!
