I was debating with a friend about the difference between "love" and "infatuation". He insists it is possible to love someone from the first time you meet them.

Me: "Oh yeah? Well, what if you met some girl, thought you were 'in love' with her, and realized that she was bat-shit crazy?"
Friend (very sweetly): "I would call her Kristal."
