I have considered giving my eggs for money before, when I am really hurting for money. The thing that stops me, though, is the fact that we are only given a set number of eggs for our whole life. When we run out, we are out forever. No one knows what that number is, because it is different for every woman. I know we lose one every month when we have our period, but I am just afraid that if I sell one of my eggs, it is like I am selling away one of my few chances to have children. Also, it could be my only good egg!!! Who knows. You should pray about it, honestly, and see if God would be cool with it. Are you doing it for the money? or are you doing it to help out a family who is unable to have children? Those are the questions you need to be asking yourself.

If you decide to do it, tell me about it. I am curious what kind of procedure it is.

Missy thank you so much for replying. I have been dying for someone to say something. I am still considering the option, and I wouldn't be doing it for just me but to help someone out. I have a friend down here who found out this year she will not be able to have children and that using someone else's egg would be an option for her later on in her life. Again, thanks for replying I needed to hear what you had to say.
