I updated my film equipment. I've been pushing it off but I finally broke down and bought a mini-DV camera. It's the type of camera used in my college courses. The quality is much better, around dvd quality. Also it comes with an external mic and some other bells and whistles. Of course I still have my Hi 8 mm camera
