1. omg. 2. i'm glad they gave you vicodin. did they give you refills? 3. based on my recent experience, i'd say that it'll be awhile (for me it was a month) before you start hearing normally again. what did they tell you? 4. omg. 5. damn.
1. yawai. 2. no refills! but I got TONS, how long did you have to take it, like none stop? 3. rly? they didn't tell me shit.. they told me to come back in a few weeks for a check up... when could you like.. start hearing? was it gradual? I was hoping it'd be really sudden and then I'd throw a party. 4. wtf. 5. wrd.
1. remember when we watched the terminator marathon at justin's house? 2. i took percocet non-stop for about a week, then every night for another two weeks. i didn't get refills, but my sister let me take some extras she had from when she had surgery. 3. they told me that i'd hear when all the fluid was gone. and it really did take a month of non-stop leaking before that happened. it probably happened within a span of about 5 days-- so gradual, kind of, but not equally throughout the whole time? does that make sense? i literally just got over this, like, two weeks ago, so it's very fresh in my mind. my sympathy for you is great. 4. ears are bitches. 5. bitches are weird.
1. Yes, I remember it fondly. We need to have a reunion, are you still in Austin? I need to go there again. Also, what are you doing now? 2. Yeah, I'm totally on the pain meds. The worst is when you're sleeping because you wake up and the pain meds have worn off and it feels like a 600 pound man is tap dancing on your face while blood is seeping out of your ears. 3. They told me nothing, both of my doctors were bitches - smart, terse, bitches. 4. Yeah, umm... I'm thinking though, if I decide to have babies pain wont be a deciding factor... since I've pretty much had a c-section performed on both of my ears without anesthetics. 5. If I were gay, and you were gay, I'd move to Austin so we could be together in feminist heaven. Holding hands and listening to Prince, with ears that work.
