Glad to hear I could help. Also very glad to hear that you can appreciate that EVIDENCE is an awesome thing indeed. It's a very tricky thing to keep in mind when spiralling, for sure, but it's the one thing that can stop the spiralling either from getting worse or possibly even from being a spiral in the first place.
