The Stockholm series is by kookaburra1701, but the fic you linked... I don't really see a resemblance beyond the Decepticons having won the war and having the Autobots as slaves, and there's a lot of those :O
I didn't read it in it's wholeness yet so I can't say if it's a rip off but the Stockholm Syndrome is very largely used in fanfiction. Especialy "Decepticon wins and get Autobots as slaves" trope. It's been done over and over again.
as the author got cleared, i only left to say that i miss her posts... May she continue writing it or at least give a clue where she would take this fic!
