[the pitter of paws could be heard as the kitten bounded to Blackout, mrewing excitedly, his little tail swaying back and forth. He practically threw himself up against him as he rubbed all over his legs, purring as loud as he could to show he was happy to see him.]

[He smiled and, moving carefully to avoid crushing any part of his accidentally, he knelt. He corralled the enthusiastic kitten gently, reaching to scritch him behind the ears, as he remembered from last time he was like this.]

[He rolled in his hands happily, limbs stretching, writhing to nuzzle his head all over his hands. This is a very happy Eros kitten indeed.]

[It was a fairly happy Blackout, as well. He pet him there for a moment more, just kneeling there on the floor, then carefully scooped him up, cradling Eros to his chest as he moved to sit on the couch.]
