Preview for new series? Kinda half of the prologue...Hahahaha
Since I think that Break Me was almost come to an end; considering that there was only one or two conflicts left in the story, my mind had come up with another series. Though, I think that this series will only be up once I finished one of my current in progress series. So, in the mean time, have the preview of this series. I may edit it a bit and perhaps make a character sheet. bahahaha. If only I am not too lazy.

“This is ridiculous. I do not comprehend this at all…” The raven-haired whined, shooting a disapproval look to the smiling dimpled young man at the other end of the room.
“What is disturbing thy little mind, o’ Yuu-chan?” The vertically challenged brunette beside him raised an eyebrow behind his glasses though his attention was barely averted from the book he was reading.
“Him,” The raven named Yuu jerked his head towards the ever smiling dimpled brunette and glared sharply.
“Yutaka-kun?” The midget brunette raised an eyebrow at his friend.
Yuu nodded grimly. “Yes, Yutaka-kun...Taka-chan, I do not comprehend this at all.”
“Why?”
“Look at him. He doesn’t possess any specialty. He ain’t got body packed with pure brawn. Just decent muscles, that’s all. He is not fast too. Just average….”
“Thus? What is disturbing you, my friend?” Taka asked, honestly curious.
“How? How could people called him the best vampire slayer ever existed??” Yuu scowled, glaring at Yutaka again, only to be shocked when the brunette in conversation already staring at him with an amused smile.
Taka sighed, clearly he hasn’t missed the little fact that across the room, Yutaka was watching them; the tall brunette had his back slumped comfortably to the cushioned couch. The mysterious pale blond that always followed him around was there too, kneeling by his feet as he had his head on Yutaka’s lap while the amused long-haired brunette had his fingers threading between the golden strands in a casual caress. Both Taka and Yuu knew that the blonde was awake even though the hypnotic red eyes of the blond were currently hidden behind the closed pale eyelids. Besides, though they were sitting far across the room from each other, Yuu did noticed that the pale pink lips of the mysterious blonde moved a bit, as if he was muttering something to the amused Yutaka.
“You’re new here. There are some things you haven’t known yet about this town….,”Taka sighed, flinching a bit when he saw Yutaka grinned at them. “Just don’t pick a fight with him…”
Yutaka laughed in amusement while the mysterious blond frowned and muttered something to the amused brunette.
Before Yuu could even walk up to Yutaka to explode his dissatisfaction, a piercing scream reached them.
“VAMPIRE!!!”
All three young vampire slayers were on their feet in seconds. Yuu stormed out first, definitely ready to fight for the glory of slaying the vampire. He reached the deserted road, only to be frozen in shock at the sight of the female vampire. Taka reached him in seconds after that, the younger also was prepared with his favorite weapon before he stopped; now he was as flabbergasted as Yuu as his dark eyes fixed on the sobbing girl in the vampire’s grip.
None of the vampires they had encountered before had ever held a living hostage.
Except this one.
They knew instantly that she didn’t pay their little town a visit to feed.
Both young men stood there, waiting warily for any moves from the grimacing vampire before she snarled at them-rippling inhuman shrieking and noises ripped out from her throat as she snapped her fangs viciously to both slayers. Her blacken starved eyes shifted widely in her eyes sockets as if she was seeking for something-or perhaps someone-because a vengeful shriek escaped her throat when she saw Yutaka casually walked towards them, his hands were shoved deep in his pockets as he flashed his charming dimpled smile to all of them.
“Yutaka.” The vampire hissed at him, the dark veins under her eyes became more prominent now as she dropped the terrified little girl to the earth as her wild eyes only fixed to the too calm brunette.
“Good day, my lady~” Yutaka smiled brighter, bowing once in a very gentleman manner, totally ignoring the stunned Yuu and Taka behind him. “What do I owe you for the honour of your visit here, o’ beautiful lady?” he asked, dimple deepened on his handsome face.
“YOU KILLED MY MATE!!!” She shrieked instead, black venom dripped out from her mouth as she bare her fangs towards him.
Yutaka was still smiling. His face was one of amused look, like he was engrossing himself watching a throwing-tantrum child throwing an amusing fit. “He assaulted me first. It was purely self-defense~” He said all too sugary that Yuu swore that anyone hearing the brunette’s voice could get cavities for months.
She shrieked at him, crouching forward with her eyes fixed on his exposed jugular with such hunger and vengeance. “I’m going to kill you…,” she hissed, growling angrily.
Yutaka sighed tiredly as if he was forced to deal with a very stubborn child, his hands on his hips before he looked up, staring back to the crouching vampire with a dimpled smile. “I’d love to see if you will succeed, my dear lady~” he said calmly-too calm actually-as he stood there, perfectly defenseless with his hands casually rested on his hips.
Both Yuu and Taka didn’t know what was more horrifying; whether the starving angry vampire, or the too calm Yutaka.
Needless to say that the vampire had lunged forward, aiming to attack the too calm Yutaka. Stunned and haven’t got the time to react, both Yuu and Taka just stood behind Yutaka and watched the way the brunette casually reached his hand towards the lunging vampire-the motion almost casual-and soon he got a hold of the vampire’s shoulder. With a grin, he pulled the vampire down and soon has her face shoved up the ground with his tight grip on her flowing pale hair.
A unison gasp of shock from the watching slayers.
It was impossible.
What Yutaka just did was impossible.
Vampires were the walking undead. Deadly strong and fast; perfectly lethal to kill and it was impossible to take them down bare-handed. The only ways to kill them was by either destroying their main blood system to shut down their mobility and energy transport-which is destroying the main blood veins and the heart-or by shutting down their nervous system-which is by chopping their head off or crushing their brain-and also by burning them to nothing but ashes.
But taking them down bare-handed?
Death wish.
“Lovely lady was that all you got?” Yutaka cooed, almost sounding flirty as he tilted her face to the side so they could get an eye contact with each other. “Your mate put up a much thrilling fight compared to you…”
She growled at him, and in one fluid motion, she flipped and had Yutaka’s neck in her grip in seconds. “You really want to die don’t you?”
Yutaka smiled brightly. “Not exactly.” He giggled, looking up to the undead woman that had he pinned to the ground. “I just love thrilling-near-to-death fights~”
“Wha-?” She didn’t finish her words as he suddenly stabbed her right through the heart with a dagger. She screamed in agony, panting in total pain as she released her death grip on Yutaka’s neck.
Yutaka sat up, only to squat beside her with a mocking grin. “How does it felt, my lady? When the mix of your venom and a few herbs ran through your veins?” He giggled, pulling out the dagger and showed her the crystal-clear violet frozen liquid that coated the dagger. “It surprised me you know...To see how the fluid from a vampire can freeze so quick in the atmosphere but immediately melt inside a living mass; be it human, vampires, werewolves, animals or plants…The frozen fluid from your kind immediately melt and break down easily inside them. It’s….Very fascinating…,” he spoke in a dreamy sigh.
She just glared at him as she panted weakly under his mercy.
“And what a bunch of wonderful fascinating poisons your venom could create, together with the right mix of herbs of course. It’s very fascinating. To use your own specialty as a weapon against you…Such thrilling karma, don’t you think?” Yutaka giggled again before he reached behind to grab the stake in Taka’s loose grip.
Her eyes widened at the sight of the stake.
Yutaka grinned wickedly at her. “Now, it’s time for your eternal sleep, my dear lady~”
With that, he flashed his dimpled smile and drove the stake through her heart in one quick motion. The vampire spasm at the impact, before her pale skin blackened, almost looking mummified and with a scoff, Yutaka light a match and threw it on the limp body. He stood and walked back to the library as he smiled brightly to the perfectly motionless blonde by the door. He extended his arms, pulling the pale blonde into his arms before they disappeared inside, leaving the stunned Yuu and Taka outside in front of the burning corpse.
“That was….Oh lord…bare hand…poisoned dagger…vampire’s venom…oh, lord…,” Yuu mouthed in daze, blinking in disbelief and shock.
Taka patted Yuu’s shoulder with a soft smile. “Now you know why he is the best vampire slayer ever existed?”
“Yes….But…Oh, lord….,” Yuu shook his head slowly.
“I know…,”Taka soothed, choking back a laugh at his new friend’s hilarious face. “This is the first time I see him in action too. All these times I just heard the stories, not knowing that his real vampire slaying method is greater than what the stories said…,” he added in awe.
“But…Vampire’s venom to make poison?? From where did he get that??” Yuu was still trapped in his disbelief.
Here, Taka’s face changed. He lowered his voice and spoke in a secretive tone. “You remember the gold-haired man that always followed him around? The one with the red eyes?”
“Yes…People said that he is Yutaka’s lover…What is it about him?”
“His name is Reita. And he is a vampire.”

Kai ended his reading for the night. He put the ancient journal on his table, and fixed his sleepwear as he brought up the mug of hot chocolate to his mouth. It always fascinated him. Reading the old journals of his ancestors. Though, the one that attracted him the most was the journals from Yutaka, his ancestor that lived in the 17th century. It was fascinating. The mention of the mythical creatures inside the journal. The detailed life story of Yutaka that he swore he could teleported himself back to the century and saw everything that was written in the journals.
It was so fascinating.
And he believed every single words of it; especially when he himself had experience with mythical beings.
Specifically vampires.
Kai shuddered, subconsciously caressing the bite scar on his neck before he heard a loud knock from the oak door of his study. He permitted his permission to the person outside and a brooding dark-haired man walked in, the air around him was business-like though a bit jumpy and eager.
“Aoi.” Kai grinned as he motioned for the other man to sit. “Anything good from the site that you have to come at this hour?”
Aoi nodded eagerly. “You’re going to like this. Uru called. He said that he and his student found a coffin from the site. Strong coffin with clear read-able markings on it.”
“Coffin?” Kai raised an eyebrow, resting his chin on his joined knuckles.
“Yup. Apparently belonged to someone related to your ancestor. There was a carving, barely noticeable on the lid…,” Aoi piped in eagerly, almost bouncing on his seat in excitement.
“What does the carving said?” Kai inquired, honestly intrigued.
“Oh. It said; ‘Sleep in peace, my dear Reita. Love, Yutaka.’ ” Aoi said before he shot a curious look towards Kai. “One of your ancestors is Yutaka, right?”
Kai stiffened at the names before he grinned giddily and flipped the journal he just read open. He made a noise of joy upon reading the lines on the last page he read and that intrigued Aoi to lean close and read the page too. Aoi’s face was a total shock as soon as he finished reading. He looked at the overjoyed Kai in disbelief.
“Kai…Does this mean that Uruha just discovered a vampire’s coffin?”
