Lol, I know these kinds of questions, we had to solve similar puzzles for the GMAT and the CAT exams that I took to get into management school. Never seen a butt puzzle though! Cool answer :D.

:D We don't ever have to do these in my chosen field of study, so I'm all entertained.

I'd ask them a question I know the answer to, like "am I female?" The one who lies is the one that you don't ask about the size of your butt.

Yeah but you can only ask ONE question to asses the size of your butt. I also went with "determine truth-telling status" before noticing that condition. And even so, one of the two people who won't lie will answer at random if you ask if your butt is big or small.

The one who tells the truth likes big butts. The one who lies does not. It's a way to tell them apart.

Yes, but you miss the main condition though. Only one question. You can't ask a probing question first, because you only get one, and it's the same question for all three rappers.
