oh, you heard me.

Ring, ring, ring.

What's that sound? That, my dear Nexus-goers, is the sound of your PINpoints, mobiles, rotary phones, phone booths, and other various communication devices ringing. Or buzzing. Or whatever it is that they happen to do.

Those who do are immediately assaulted with an exuberant tenor voice speaking in (what sounds like but really isn't) an Estuary English accent, punctuated by the sound of pitter-pattering feet and mechanical noises. Is he dismantling a lorry? Building a microwave? Dancing with a robot? It's hard to say.

He speaks quickly, excitedly, and it seems that even if it were possible to interrupt him, he wouldn't stop.

"Hello! This is the Doctor - yes, just the Doctor, that's my name - and I've got a question for you. When I ask it, I want you to give me the first answer that you think of, the very first one, like an ink blot test. No thinking, no clever pondering, just answer, alright? Now: what is the opposite of right?"

The voice pauses for barely a millisecond. "Stop! There, right there, that little word that just popped into your head, that one little word." You can almost hear his grin. "What was it?"

((Slow and steady roleplayers win the race? That is to say, I apologize for my painfully slow tagging, but I swear I haven't abandoned anyone!))
