"So.  Um."  He has a deer-in-the-headlights look to him.  Oh, my.  Wasn't there a way to do this without actually having to encounter and talk to people?  That floating screen person had the right idea.

"How do you know if you're a good person?  Is it deeds done, things thought, or just intentions?  And if it's just actions, can someone really be said to be a good person if they've never had the chance to do a good thing?  Some people spend their whole lives just sort of scratching around and working.  Or is it refraining from bad things when they'd be easy - like turning in a found credit card instead of using it to buy this semester's books?  Or when refraining from a bad thing might be actively harmful to you, like...what if  you needed that money for food, but turned the card in anyway?"

"And is it really so important to be good or bad when you aren't, you know, a major player?  Not everyone is a super hero or a super villian, or even a henchman or thug.  Most people just do the best they can for themselves and never really have an effect on anyone, even their husband or wife.  Little people have little lives, and do very little to the world in the end.  Does virtue matter so much when you're humble? Or does it matter even more when all you have is a bowl full of honor, and the least little wobble might tip it? Or - aha.  Babbling.  Sorry."
