A portal has recently opened, with no certain height or width, and visible only from a certain angle. It's only noticeable property is that nearby the laws of physics, particularly gravity appears to be taking it easy. The Yuke with the enormous backpack has to stare for a long, silent moment at the impressive, chugging construct that is D0G. It doesn't even seem to be propelled by magic! That is very impressive! A sure demonstration of the ingenuity the non-arcane can possess.

You know this Yuke isn't a female because it's not wearing a pointy metal bra! Er, yes.

"Traditional values...Mm, yes." The Yuke rubs his faceplate thoughtfully with his fingertips. "It's good not to forget things. Even ways of the past that are no longer useful or welcome should be remembered, if just to be able to recall why they were eventually discarded."

The furry-armed being pauses, seeming to ruminate on something for a moment or two longer. Then he looks up again at the girl with the robot.
