A portal has recently opened, with no certain height or width, and visible only from a certain angle. It's only noticeable property is that nearby the laws of physics, particularly gravity appears to be taking it easy. Hard to spot but easy to wander into, and should one venture into the rift they would find themselves surround by a starry void

Alyxandra nods in acknowledgment of the... well, she's not about to make assumptions about whatever he, she or it is. "Perhaps it is presumptuous of me to say it is inevitable, however once complacency sets they may feel a need to return to the traditional values of those times and while some of those are welcome others... are most certainly not."
