Oh dear, Small Child in the Nexus at six o'clock. At least this one isn't unnerved by all the oddness, and is just sitting on one of the sofas.

She does look slightly unsettled by something, though. Her fingers keep running through a bit of her hair, and she's giving it a worried look ( Read more... )

She nods when she hears that, and looks quite pleased. Hurrah for new vocabulary! (...Even if it isn't 'proper.')

"Why would there be?" Johnny shrugs. "It's fine. It's just hair. I mean, one of my friends' is blue... colours don't mean anything. They just look different."

"Well, yes," she huffs out. "But is that really okay, to be so different looking?"

After a moment, she does add on a little more. "...I have seen a few people with sort of bluish hair. But it's closer to black then anything."

"Yeah. It is." He nods. "Be kind of boring if everyone looked the same, and red's not that different. If we were talking other stuff instead of hair, then we might have a problem, but it's fine!"
"Nah, it's real blue. It's not common, I think, but..." He gives a handwave.

Aw, humans are almost cute when they're small and timid. Almost. Hunkering down doesn't do much to bring him closer to Mitsuru's height.

"Red's a proper hair color. Better dan de udder, boring human colors, ja?"

...Well, we might have to revoke that 'not being unnerved by the Nexus' thing. A big blue tusked...Thing is a little too much for Mitsuru to take in stride. To her credit, she doesn't go bolting over or under the couch, and just tries to sit up and be as tall as possible. (Much like Taz, it doesn't do much to resolve the height difference.)

"I-I don't know if it's proper, though. Not many other people have it." Pause for a moment, and then "...You aren't going to eat me, are you?" A bit important to figure that out, before talking any further.

A good way to describe Mitsuru's expression might be with this: o.o with a little >:o mixed in.

"I'd never do something like that! That'd just make it worse!" She does visibly swallow when she sees all of those teeth.

"W-well...*I* don't have any problem with being small." For a change. "If it means you won't be...h-hungry."
