How can I deal with students who have crushes? I think I have three in my class; one's completely obvious because she's in the front row, hikes her skirt up some before sitting down for class, and flashes her underwear now and then. Sometimes she winks at me. The other two stay after class and ask for private tutoring in a somewhat suspicious way. I can put those two off easier, although I could still use some help.

The flasher is more difficult. I don't exactly want to call her out, but she's distracting. And I worry that people could just tell me not to look. Unfortunately, she's very fond of brightly colored undergarments. In a sea of school uniforms and desks, a sudden flash of hot pink from the right is difficult to ignore.

In my last job I could yell, "Buy something or get out!" but that won't work here. I don't know if telling the truth that I'm already involved with someone, someone who's an adult, would help or hurt, and I'm very private about that kind of thing at work anyway.
