Today's the day I declared as my birthday. Mostly because it's the day of somebody else's birthday. I got him a tiara. It's very sparkly.

So if a shy and easily embarrassed friend had a birthday, what would you do to/for/with him for it? Aside from announce it very publicly. Heh.
