Also, DBM tells me most of what to do in there until I figure things out, but man. Some of those fights. People just chainpull bosses and don't explain and ugh.

Screw Mondays. I'm never doing raid finder this late in the week EVER AGAIN. (8 stacks of failbuff on Lei Shen.)(Why do tanks queue without looking the fights up.)(Bonus question: WHY DO PEOPLE SUCK AT EXPLAINING FIGHTS???)

I just put DBM in on this machine, but now that you mention it, I don't recall actually seeing a peep out of it all night... something to look into, I bet I stuck it in the wrong place or something. Thanks for the tip!

DBM does lie on Lei Shen. There's a blue swirly that you do need to stand in (to avoid spawning adds) but it will lie and tell you to run from it if you stand in it.

It's called Bouncing Bolt. ;) DBM will announce the attack though. Once that happens just look for the swirlies and get hit by a lightning ball. It hardly does any damage at all.

GTFO tells me great that I'm standing in a bad spot, but when I can't friggin -see- the open spots, it doesn't do me much good.

I've tried all the settings adjustments for that fight, and honestly, unless someone has a raid marker on them and is leading the way... I'm going to be cuddling up on the floor.

I'm not sure if it's my vision problems (I have some issues with depth perception and pattern distinction) or if it's my graphics card or what. -.-

Deathy wished he'd gotten your group - his Lei Shen group went through three tanks - one of which left because a DPSer was harrassing him for never being in the fight before. Luckily that tank dropped before the pull, but oy.

Ughhhh. Things like that are exactly why I'm buying a bunch of tank gear with daily-grind valor points, but am incredibly reluctant to actually -tank- anything. And I'm with you, Deathy. At least fire is easier to predict and isn't quite as likely to SPONTANEOUSLY JUMP FROM PLAYER TO PLAYER oh the nightmares are coming again /sob.

Umm.. I think you need to know, that floor's cheating on you. I spent a *lot* of quality time with it yesterday, especially the bit around Tortos...

Our guild has been at Tortos for two raid cycles and... it was an *accomplishment* to get him to 50~%.
