I HAVE A FREAKING APARTMENT!!!!!

If I weren't dizzy and sick, I'd jump up and scream and run around until I got dizzy and sick :)
I'm signing the papers today! For the longest time, it seemed like nothing could go right, but now...now look at this! *sigh* What a relief.
