I AGREE WITH THISxINFINITY, FOREVER, EVER AND EVER.

It doesn't help that Robin is probably one of my least favorite characters...

But come on, this is the Barnacle. He makes the whole show and if they have this prissy "I-love-you" Barney thing going on, they are going to have to change the show to "Barney: That Guy That Was Totally Hilariously Awesome At First But Then Went All Softy-Prissy Lame".

Yeah, I'm not sure why I don't like her. Maybe it's just that I think if she really existed in real life, we wouldn't get along. XD I dunno. I'm big on first impressions of characters, and when she first showed up, I didn't like her. I guess it stuck.

I really hadn't even given much though to the possibility of Barney going soft.. but.. I agree with you. Barney is the best thing about the show and he needs to continue to be legendary.
