Marlow hadn't ever truly lived on her own. She grew up with four practical sisters when she was in Hogwarts to then sharing a dormitory with Tracey during their time at Painswick to then living with Riley for too many years to really count (and honestly, it just didn't jive with her mental health to even think about it for very long). Living on her own in the castle while she was trying to sort out her disheveled life had been the longest she'd ever been in a bedroom alone.
And frankly, she wasn't sure how she'd gone on for so long without the kind of peacefulness it brought her

Dean did a dramatic sort of double take, taking a step back to check the number posted next to the door.
"Oh- I'm so sorry, I think I maybe might've got the wrong address. You wouldn't happen to know where I could find one Professor Linney, would you?" he asked, the feigned confused expression lingering on his face for a few seconds before the smile he had been fighting took over.
