Yay on the job front and on the con front, but boo on selling the house. How's the market down there? I am considering a move from my condo that I bought four years ago, maybe to northern Virginia - family lives in Florida but I don't want to move there but Virginia would be closer and my cousin is looking for a job in the DC area after passing the bar last year. I really want a small yard, for me and my pup, and I now have a better idea of what I want and what I don't want in a home - the first home buying experience was very good for that. I have no regrets, but I think I'm ready to move on now. Good luck with the move!!
