Chapter TwoThey followed the 'shifter for another hour and a half on what seemed like random, spontaneous errands.  One gas station for gas, another for snacks.  A barber's that was mysteriously open on Sunday night, where apparently they only took off a quarter inch, because it didn't look much different when he came out

I'm intrigued as to where you're going. ANd by your introductory notes, we seemed to have shared the same fandoms (X-Files, Stargate, Sentinel) and I've actually written fics for those. (sorry for the self-promotion!)

I'm enjoying this story immensely. SPN and NCIS are my favorite shows on air right now and I love seeing them crossed like this.

I had no doubts that Tony and Dean would get along since they're so much alike (I seem to recall an interview where Michael Weatherly said he based DiNozzo on Jensen's character in Dark Angel.)

I look forward to reading the next chapters.

Okay, I'm going to be driving myself crazy trying to remember where I heard/read/saw that, but yeah, that's what I heard. I loved DA too, and yes, Michael was uber hot! LOL! But I absolutely noticed Jensen. Not so much Ben in season 1, But he blew me away as Alec.

Wow, you update really fast. Do you wait until you've got most of the story written or post as you go?

I've got most of it written out by hand and am just transcribing now. hoping that I can write faster once im caught up :-)

thank you! I'm typing as fast as I can :-) And getting a little nervous about the unfinished ending. Hope to wrap that up over the weekend and keep posting one chapter a day. After this, I think each chapter will be one day of the story. ie, chapter three covers all of Monday for the gang. I appreciate you keeping me motivated! :-)

The ending will come to you when it's ready. You'll probably find yourself writing or re-reading another chapter and bam it'll hit you how best to write the ending and I'm sure it'll be great. Then you always have that option of writing more sequels if you still have areas you'd like to go more in depth with. The possibilities are endless :)
