Holy fucking hell. PLeas let it to be Gaz in the centre and Fletch as left back. That proved to work fine two seasons ago. Please not the youngings, not in that kind of line-up and not against the likes of Tottenham and Everton. MEEEEP!
Please, somebody just wrap Vida in a glass bubble for the next few weeks. At this rate, he may have to handle the whole defense all by himself. Wah! I second that bubble.
"We all know what Nani is capable of when he concentrates" I would like to know, too. ;P No, okay, he has muchly much talent. But he's been with us for almost two years now and come on - how hard can it be to concentrate for 90 minutes. And not even that, only ever a few minutes at a time. Good Lord. So many footballers have problems there and I will never understand. It might be that in their footie obsessiveness, they didn't really pay that much attention to school where - beside math and what not - you actually learn to concentrate for longer that the time period between two commercial blocks.
I hope it's Gaz and Fletch too. But Gaz has a knock, don't know if he'll be okay for Tottenham. Besides, two full games in a week? Will be pretty tough on him. I'm hoping Rio makes a miraculous recovery ahead of schedule. If we can get him back, everything will be ok. Anyone can fill in at FB. Of course, they won't be as good as Pat and Rafa/Gaz, but we'll manage.
Thank every god in this world for Vida and his amazing form. He's definitely my player of the season.
LOL! Nani needs a good kick up the backside. I bet you he read the reports of how Bambi(Zoran) would take his place and decided to get into gear for once. Okay, maybe I'm being unfair to him. But he really infuriates me! You make a terrific point about the school education, these guys probably never took it seriously cause they knew their life was football. But it would definitely have improved their concentration.
Sorry! I was joking, most of it was inspired from this pic that someone posted on Redcafe:
Good point about two starts in a week for Gaz might not be the best idea. So maybe one of the youngings after all? It just so sucks that Ji-Sung is out as well. He could have helped with tracking back.
Vida. If there is anything positive to this whole desaster, it's that now the last idiot in the FA/FIFA/media has to see what a super brilliant player Vida is. So he better be nominated for every award there is this year.
Yeah, Nani infuriates me, too. I try to stay as objective and open-minded as possible but then he'll do something stupid and i'm back to fighting the urge to wring his neck.
ZOMG. That picture. That is so bad and evil and - so funny. But we've already shown that we can shoulder through injuries en masse like this. Without whining like Chelski about it.
LOL yes, we do do have super Wazza who can play anywhere! Unfortunately, he's out as well for now. God fucking hell and damn it. This would really be the perfect time for Cristiano to recapture his supermanish form from last season. Oh pretty please?
