Yaaaaay! Just two games away from the title!!! And we threw Arsenal out, how much better can it be?
I didn't miss the game after all! I made it back just in time for kickoff. And what an awesome game it was, I'm so delighted I got to watch it, despite the fact that we were pretty much awful in the first half. But, who the hell cares? We won, and

I don't know, will it be bad for their confidence (as most of them are such young players) to have these disappointments every year.
Edwin was bloody brilliant. It kind of eluded me why he failed to grab that ball before Adebayor got his arm to it but I'll excuse one any day. Rio, how was he able to keep so calm? There was this point near the end when we just completely failed to make a good clearance and every time Arsenal players shot the ball back Rio was there ( ... )

Yeah, they are in danger of being completely demoralised. I think Wenger needs to get some big names in there that will help lift their confidence. And yes, they need to win something, anything.
Yeah, you can just tell when Cris is not taking it. He's totally disinterested as to how the ball is placed. I'm surprised the Arsenal players didn't pick up on it. I think it's starting to get really competitive between him and Owen as to who is the better free-kick taker. Good for us, I say, they're far more likely to be on target!
Owen is so much of love. And I adore his English Canadian accent, I think it sounds lovely!
I'm afraid I can't really remember much of Mikey except for the great interventions in second half. That's his strength, you don't really notice he's there because he's so very efficient. I hope ( ... )

Yeah, I want to win it there too! I think Chelsea are unbeaten at home since the last 3 yrs or something! :0 Wouldn't it be great if we broke their record as well as won the title?

I always think that if Harry Potter were real, that's how his eyes would look!
That reminds me - I watched the match without commentary as the audio was a few secs ahead of the picture. But by now I downloaded highlights and stuff and heh. Commentator said that United levelled the score-line through "you-know-who". Awesome. Cristiano as Lord Voldemort. Truly awesome. Heh.

*laughs* That's really awesome! I suppose Cristiano is sort of a Lord Voldemort to the other teams, they're all running scared off him! But he reminds me more of Sirius, he's got the same kind of recklessness and charisma! Also, Sirius was my favorite character, so that's probably why I see Cris in the same way.

Spot on about Cristiano being the other team's You Know Who. Surely Fergie is Dumbledore, right? I mean, not in the 'arch enemy to Voldie'-kind but with his footie wisdom and all? Yes.

I think Wazza is like Ron Weasley, the same kind of loyalty and short temper! So who is Draco, I wonder? Nando maybe, with the blond hair? But he's way too nice!

Ya, isn't it amazing how well it fits? Especially Arsenal, and their 'intellectualness' Doesn't Wenger strike you as some kind of professor? So Ravenclawish! And us with the bravery, and Liverpool with the loyalty, and Chelsea with the stinking amount of money...it's incredible!
Lampard would probably be Draco, he really strikes me as a spoilt rich kid who's actually a coward inside.(I really don't like the book Draco, the movie Draco i.e Tom Felton, is rather cute, though!)
Nando as Cedric? That would be perfect! The guy who noone can hate, he's so nice!
Cris as Hermione? *laughs* I never thought of it that way! But Cris is far too vain, he's more like Draco in that respect! Although you are right about him being a perfectionist.
So go on, who would be Ginny? And the twins? I can so see Fletch as one of the Weasley twins!
