I don't care how, but I'd love a fic where Dean and Cas have to fuck each other or die - it can be a curse, witch, sex pollen, whatever. Sure, it's a classic trope, but it's a classic for a reason.

I'd prefer bottom!Cas with guilty!Dean - and I'd also prefer Cas to enjoy it, and for Dean to eventually realise that too.

"Um," Dean says. It's all his brain can come up with right now.

"This will require us to remove our clothes, Dean," Cas says calmly, fumbling to undo his own tie. Dean glances around the empty room, expecting to see the demons watching, but it's just them. Cas is out of his trenchcoat and his suit jacket, working on the buttons of his shirt now, but Dean's sitting still, hands in his lap. Cas pauses, his sleeve halfway off, making Dean swallow loudly. "Dean? Are you alright?"

"No, Cas, I'm not fucking alright. Why are you okay with this?"

"The alternative is to watch you flayed alive from the inside out. Allowing you to have sex with me in this body is inconsequential," Cas answers easily, and Dean is reminded how alien an angel's attitude can be.

"This is not inconse--... inconse-whatever, okay, this matters, this is--" Dean starts, but the words die in his throat and he glares down at his hands. Cas makes a soft noise, sliding off his other sleeve, leaving him naked from the waist up. It's the least clothing he's ever worn, and ( ... )
