I... could read this... all freaking night. You know I'm actually disappointed that this is "only" 3 parts? Couldn't it be 20? ;-D

Thank you thank you thank you for writing a Castiel-perspective story. I of course have absolutely nothing against Dean-perspective stories, but I've always been curious to know how Cas has experienced this whole saga. This is as good as canon for me, dude, since it's written so magnificently and so true to the characters.

There've been scattered reactions rattling through my head while reading this. Whenever you describe Hell, I keep thinking to myself "jeez, I'm gonna have nightmares... this IS what Hell would be like". And Castiel's realization that he wants, desires, loves Dean, it was a believable progression to me. Perhaps this is singular to them and them alone. D'aaaaaww, yeah, maybe. Their bond is so epic that it's the first and only one of its kind, I love it! Also, Castiel goes INTO the mark on Dean's shoulder? That's all sorts of otherworldly intimate!
