Yes, but only that? That's like constantly thinking about getting executed. It might be even (!) more productive to consider WHAT it is they'd think about such things, rather than the subjects they span. Hence the tit-deal. What would milk think about tits? Motherly thoughts? See, people typically get born out of vaginas - but what if they'd get born out of tits? That'd be pretty fucked up. And then there's the whole being milky thing. Being liquid (typically) must be one step further than being a blob of slime.
