using PSP 8
Includes basic knowledge of Color Balance and Hue&Sat. I hope someone finds this useful.
01. Start with your base and screen it twice the first layer 100% and the second layer is 86%
02.New Adjusment Layer>Color Balance
Duplicate that layer and set it to Color(L)
03. Next, new layer
Set it Multiply 50%
04. New Layer
Set it Exclusion 100%
05. Duplicate that layer and set it to Darken 70%
06. New Layer
Set it to Burn 100%
07. Then Duplicate the base and bring it to the top and set it to screen 100%
08. Then turn off the Burn and Multiply layers and goto Edit>Copy Merged. Paste it as Soft Light 100%.
09. Add an Adjustment Layer>Hue and Saturation.
Set it to Color(L)
10. Final screenshot.
11. Viola! All set.
Now it may not work on everything but hopefully someone likes it.
