When we got back from vacation, The Lovely Wife posted a pic of me. Wow. It's the first time that I really looked at meyself and though, "OMG ! I'm fat!"

So, here's the game plan. No buying Magic cards for me until I get out on the bike both days this weekend. Then NO MORE MAGIC CARDS until I loose 10lbs. That's right 10lbs.

If you're looking for less sludge, Benefiber actually completely dissoves in liquids, and I think it's the same fiber category as the sludgy kind. The normal version of it doesn't really change the taste of what you're drinking, either. (though the 'plus calcium' version for some ungodly reason makes everything taste salty. I suggest avoiding that).

Yeah, you told me about this. I have to get through what I have first. Then I'll do the easier stuff. Probably a better idea anyway.

Could I recommend maybe skipping some pizza and soda for breakfast and just having a nice bowl of oatmeal? It's got lots of fiber, and isn't gross at all. Or maybe some Kashi Strawberry Fields cereal?

I mean, I'm a Big Fat Girl, so I don't like to give a ton of healthy eating advice, but I do know that if something is gross, you'll never stick to it.

Also, thinking about cold pizza/burgers & soda for breakfast makes me feel nauseous. Just sayin. :)

Oh trust me I don't do the hamburgers and pizza often. The burgers are warmed. Big cold slab of meat = ick.

For me the oatmeal is harder than the glass of fiber. I find that much easier. I just don't know why.
