There may not be any obvious indication, but Aile is pretty certain he's found the place he's looking for ...
He nudges the door open a little, then directs the hoverunit inside while keeping the door clear with one hand.
"Lady Ichihara?"

She smiles at Aile, then gestures him inside as she herself sits down.

She puts her hands on his temples, at which point he'll feel a stabbing pain, like a migraine or two suddenly hit him.
After a few minutes, which may seem longer, she takes her hands off his temples. If he cares to look, her hands are white, but when she puts them on the globe, the white seeps into the glass and her hands come back clean.
"Ready?" She says, picking up the tube and the knife.

When the pain begins Aile stays still as a stone, despite the lancing agony; better to sit through it, then cause unnecessary complication.
Once Yuuko has finished he spares a brief glance at her actions, but is occupied with running through the fragments that remained. Enough; yes, he would manage. It would be hard, but he would manage.
After another moment, he nods.
"Ready."

And it doesn't--in fact, the knife slides easily through him, like he's only partly there. She feels around with the knife to find the place that she needs, then reaches for the tube and pushes it halfway through him. She then quickly pulls it out again, and half of his world goes black.
It doesn't hurt as much as one would expect, at least?

"... And it's finished, now? The world is stable?"

"Yes. It is." She puts the tube on the table and looks at him calmly.

"Then it's worth it. Thank you."
"Do we part now, or is there something else I should do ...?"

"I think I'd best get adjusted to these changes first! And it wouldn't do to be too greedy or prideful, either."
"I feel like I'm being impolite by simply leaving, though ..."

"Now you sound like Nana when she's fallen behind on spotter duties!"
"No, I think I can follow that easily enough, and take my leave before I'm swatted -- but thank you again."
With that, he maneuvered his 'chair' and prepared to leave, with a bit of a wave.
