Just a bit of Sherlock spamming, for anyone who's missed it

So the BBC has gone on a bit of a trailer-preview frenzy over the last couple of days and there are clips and trailers galore for Sherlock series two (after how long? All at once? What are you trying to do to me, BBC?). There's a good roundup of links to the various clips over here and all of them are viewable in one slightly disjointed clip hereRead more... )

Whilst I'm relishing the new clips and humming in excitement at the thought of Sherlock on our (computer) screeens soon, I'm not a huge fan of the "trailers". I much preferred the trailer they gave for S1.

Have you seen Moffat's BBC Breakfast interview? They showed a clip that had me rolling around in stitches AND drooling at the screen.

And yay for Brett DVDs! I got my set a year ago but have only seen a few episodes from it.

I am a little surprised there hasn't been a more formal trailer or trailers, so to speak. Those ones released today give a little more of a hint about what to expect character-wise, but, still. And no Irene Adler at all? On one hand I'm like, good, I don't want to be spoiled, but on the other I'm worried about how she'll be handled and ignoring her completely is sort of... hm. BUT. I'm doing my best not to theorise ahead of data.

I haven't watched the interview in full yet, but pretty sure I know the clip you mean! XD

There are just so many episodes! I do love Brett Holmes, though. And his Watsons. :p
