I just caught up the the Sarah Jane Adventures today - had them recorded on Sky+. I'm still getting used to Matt Smith. I miss 10 so much, but I see wee bits of him in 11. I did like him in SJA, though. I much prefer RTD writing. : ) I was shrieking when Jo appeared - I knew it was her the minute she walked in the door! I was definitely having a fangirl *squee* moment! And I loved the idea that the Dr visited all of his companions - not just number 10's.
I can't comment on on Sherlock as I haven't been watching in. I can't say that I've ever been a fan of Sherlock Holmes - no matter who has played him.
