If you don't mind being spoilery McSpoiled, this thread (as linked in Club Jade) raises some really interesting notions about LotF. The fic potential alone, were it done decently, is kind of awesome to contemplate

It's certainly an interesting theory but I don't think the writers really planned it like that. However, Denning could have put in some red herrings just for fun. I figure Aaron would do it just cause he likes to play with the readers' heads (he told me he does).

Yeah, I have no idea whether it's trufax for real, but it is an intriguing idea. But then I am a sucker for any form of dark Luke. :p
