Nothing much happened during my weekend, really. There was a funeral on Saturday. My great uncle (or something)'s mother died. Lived a century basically, really. She was ninety-nine years old. Never met her in my life. Mom wanted me there as a sign of support. Gah. Can I just say I hate funerals? Anyway. Afterwards, we went out for lunch, just me ( Read more... )

Heh. I better have some time for television, because like I'm addicted to the thing. :P And besides, I watch from 8pm to 11pm so it shouldn't be too much for me. :D

I can always watch TV while doing a paper. Heh. Works for me, actually. Oh, well. :D And then, there's always TiVo!

When my washer doesn't dry things well, I hang up everything that's a shirt on plastic hangers and let them air-dry, saving the dryer for jeans, towels, and underwear. It helps.

Cool. Sounds easy to do. But yeah, for now, I'll just do it again and again in the dryer until it dries up enough. :P I have all the time in the world, for now anyway. Heh.

Someone is charging to install hacks for you? Dude how much are they charging? That's the epitome of cheap. Hacks = Copy/Paste.

Heh. Dude. Like I said, I'm no technical person. Tried one. Almost screwed up. Too scary. And I think it's a little more than copy and paste. :P But anyway, yeah. :P

Dude, I was the very same when I started out. It seems really really scary. But it's *totally* not because if you back up the files, it's just a matter of reuploading and trying again. If you want I can totally walk you through a few. It'd save you a bit of cash.

Did that. That's why I almost screwed up. Luckily for me, I was smart enough to back up the files first, heh.

Anyway. All the hacks are already installed. Paid. But don't worry. The money spent will be easily covered with other money. :) But I will totally take you up on that later when I find a brand new hack to use. I'd love to learn.

Now, I just have to worry about doing a color scheme and get it up and running, basically. All's good. :) Any tricks for that? :P Heh. Thanks for your help, though! :)

I feel bad now because I never usually do any laundry in my house. & you should take me out to lunch one day! haha that would be super fun.

Hah. Don't feel bad. I rarely do laundry, really. Never really did laundry, actually. But yeah, am doing it now because I want some kind of allowance to add to my account. :D

Hey, Allison!

You know me. I don't do well with getting updates out there. I'm always on IM but then, nobody talks to me on there. Hell, I do better with emailing responses. Haha. Anyway. I'm definitely not abandoning the journal. It just takes time to post. I suppose.

I'll try to put out an update of what's happening in my first semester of college is going so far by next Monday. :) You're great. And just let me say that I'm always keeping up with my flist so I know what's going on with my friends. I guess it's both ways too, huh?
