I may not have had as much concrete success as your good self, but I got to that point of realising how plastic, fake and meaning free most of life is a while back.
Push on with your big plans mate. I bet there's some positive action you can take towards your big goals, right now. Perhaps take that time off and just call it a sabbatical and devote some real action time to those big items.
Failing that I've got plenty to do which I need help with. A complete change of brainspace might be of value.
