I saw him perform in 1983 on the Serious Moonlight tour.

I'm not affected by most celebrity deaths but I've been subdued since I found out Sunday night.

He was a great talent and a really decent human being.

So unexpected and shocking. He changed my life in so many ways, and just like you I thought him immortal. And he was still so full of ideas, visions, music.
